FAQs

What will we get from working with you?

When you work with me, you’ll get clarity on who you are and what you stand for as an organisation. You’ll understand your position in the market and how to stand out, rather than blend in with your competition. Your team will be aligned, and your core messaging will be strong so that your business can grow and change without compromising on your values.

Our team can’t even agree on who we are and what we stand for. How can you possibly know?

Listening is key to my success. I send surveys, have 1-1 conversations and facilitate group workshops to really get under the skin of your organisation. Being an ‘outside insider’ gives me an advantage - I have no everyday background noise to contend with, so I can focus on bringing clarity, purpose and personality to your brand.

You talk about brand strategy and brand messaging. What’s the difference?

In essence, brand strategy is for you. Brand messaging is for your audience.

Brand strategy is a leadership tool. It lays out what position you take up in your landscape; your purpose; the values that drive your organisation and your brand personality. It’s inward looking. These are all things that are going to help you make big decisions and stay driven aligned as a team.

Your customer, ultimately, doesn't really care about any of that stuff. Your brand strategy will inspire your messaging, but really your messaging should lay out what's in it for your customer. What should they choose you over another provider? Do your values align with theirs? How are you going to solve their problems? Brand messaging should be aligned with your brand strategy, but different to it.

Can you give me a ballpark cost?

Most of my clients invest between £4,000-£15,000, depending on what level of service they need. Take a look at my brand or community pages for packages (which can all be tailored as needed). I’m happy to break the total cost into monthly instalments.

Do you work remotely, or can you come to our office?

I prefer to hold key meetings and workshops in person whenever possible. I can come to your office if you’re based in or around Sussex or London, or you’re welcome to come to my lovely coworking space in the heart of Brighton. I usually do my desk work remotely, and do check-ins and catch-ups online.

What’s it like to work with you?

That’s a difficult question to answer, so I asked some of my past clients how they would describe me. Here are some words they came up with: positive, ambitious, forward thinking, happy, joyful, hopeful, excited, fun, warm, understanding and caring while remaining professional.

I have another question. How can I get in touch?

The best way to reach me is by email: rose@roseradtke.co.uk, or by connecting with me on LinkedIn.
